TDK Cellular LTE products include a variety of components for LTE modems and various filters for LTE communications. LTE Long Term Evolution, developed by 3GPP, is the successor to 3G UMTS and HSPA. This standard provides a much higher data rate, sets the foundation for 4G LTE Advanced, and paves the way for 5th generation technologies. TDK works with various cellular phone chip makers and their end customers to design a variety of components for LTE modems such as diplexers, triplexers, baluns, couplers, and various filters to accommodate the ever-increasing number of communication bands used in carrier aggregation features of LTE.
