S200 SolderSleeve Shield Terminators feature a temperature indicator ring that encircles the solder preform and melts to indicate the very minimum amount of heat. These terminators offer an operating temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. Typical applications include aerospace and defense industry, automotive, and industrial.

S096 SolderSleeve Shield Terminators use a colored thermochromic temperature indicator that exhibits a distinct color change when surfaces have reached wetting temperature. This color change helps both manufacturing and quality control with the inspection process of the completed termination. These terminators are designed for high-temperature applications.

S063 SolderSleeve Shield Terminators feature a heat-shrinkable thermoplastic sleeve with a visible fluxed solder band. This band provides the exact amount of solder and flux required to terminate the ground lead to the cable shield. A small temperature indicator ring melts only when the surfaces to be joined have reached the correct soldering temperature, ensuring a properly soldered connection.
S01/S02/S03
S01/S02/S03 SolderSleeve Shield Terminators contain a colored thermochromic temperature indicator that exhibits a distinct color change when surfaces have reached wetting temperature. CWT
CWT SolderSleeve Shield Terminators are splash-proof and have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The transparent insulation sleeve is heat-shrinkable, radiation cross-linked modified polyolefin. These terminators meet SAE AS83519 the performance requirements when installed with approved convection and infrared heating tools.

B-155 SolderSleeve Shield Terminators include cross-linked polyolefin solder sleeves and are suitable for applications using low-temperature wires (typically rated at +85°C to +125°C) with bare copper or tin plating. These splash-proof terminators are RoHS compliant.
