Tektronix TSG4100A RF Vector Signal Generators

Tektronix TSG4100A RF Vector Signal Generators provide mid-range performance and up to 200MHz modulation bandwidth. TSG4100A signal generators provide spurious-free outputs with low phase noise (-113dBc/Hz at 20kHz offset from 1GHz carrier) and 1μHz frequency resolution at any frequency. TSG4100A devices come standard with analog modulation. In-field software upgrades simplify the transition from analog to more advanced vector and digital modulation capabilities. TSG4100A instruments use an ovenized SC-cut oscillator time-base, providing a 100X improvement in stability (and a 100X reduction in the in-close phase noise) compared to instruments that use a TCXO time-base. These instruments complement other leading mid-range RF test solutions from Tektronix, such as the USB-based RSA306 Spectrum Analyzer and MDO3000 Mixed Domain Oscilloscope.
