Texas Instruments bq21040EVM-777 Battery Charger Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments bq21040EVM-777 Battery Charger Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed to help evaluate the bq21040. The bq21040 is a 0.8A single input single-cell Li-Ion and Li-Pol battery charger. The bq21040 is a highly integrated Li-ion linear charger device targeted at space-limited portable applications. The Texas Instruments bq21040EVM-777 has a 5V input that operates from a USB port or an AC adapter. Because of this input, the evaluation module requires a 5VDC 1A power source to provide the input power and a single-cell Li-Ion or Li-polymer battery pack.
