Texas Instruments OPAx620 Op Amps

Texas Instruments OPAx620 Op Amps are high-speed voltage-feedback operational amplifiers designed for current sensing and precision signal-chain applications. The family includes the single OPA620 and dual OPA2620 devices, offering unity-gain stability, rail-to-rail input and output operation, and high output-current drive.

The OPAx620 delivers 250MHz unity-gain bandwidth, 100MHz gain bandwidth, 190V/μs slew rate, and a low 5.1mA quiescent current per channel. The TI OPAx620 Op Amps also provide precision performance across temperature, including low input offset voltage, low offset drift, low input bias current, and low broadband noise.

The op amps are excellent for voltage sensing, current sensing, active filters, photodiode transimpedance amplifiers, ultrasound, optical networking, fast integrators, ADC input buffers, DAC output amplifiers, and communications. The OPA620 is housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 package, while the OPA2620 is available in an 8-pin VSSOP package, with operation specified from -40°C to +125°C for both.
