Texas Instruments SN74AHCT08/SN74AHCT08Q-Q1 Quadruple 2-Input Positive AND Gates perform the Boolean function Y = A x B or Y = A + B in positive logic. These devices have an operating range of 4.5V to 5.5V and are TTL-voltage compatible. The Texas Instruments SN74AHCT08Q-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

  • ESD protection exceeds JESD 22:–2000V Human-Body Model (A114-A)–200V Machine Model (A115-A)–1000V Charged-Device Model (C101)
  • Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17
