Texas Instruments SN74HC03 Quad 2-Input NAND Gates
Texas Instruments SN74HC03 Quad 2-Input NAND Gates contain four independent 2-input NAND Gates with open-drain outputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = /A ● /B in positive logic. The Texas Instruments SN74HC03 has a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and a low power consumption of 20µA (max.).
