Texas Instruments SN74HC10/SN74HC10-Q1 Triple 3-Input NAND Gates
Texas Instruments SN74HC10/SN74HC10-Q1 Triple 3-Input NAND Gates contain three independent 3-input NAND gates. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = /A ● /B ● /C in positive logic. These devices have a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V. The SN74HC10-EP devices have gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55 to +105°C, and an SnPb lead finish. The Texas Instruments SN74HC10-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
