Texas Instruments TL2575/TL2575HV Switching Voltage Regulators
Texas Instruments TL2575/TL2575HV Step-Down Switching Voltage Regulators offer an integrated circuit with all the functions needed in a step-down (buck) switching regulator. The devices use four external components (fixed versions) and readily available standard inductors. The Texas Instruments TL2575/TL2575HV provides fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, or an adjustable output version. A wide input voltage range up to 40V for the TL2575 and 60V for the TL2575HV is available. 1A of load current is delivered via the integrated switch available on the TL2575/TL2575HV Regulators, contributing exceptional line and load regulation. Other features include internal frequency compensation, a fixed-frequency oscillator, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal shutdown.Features
- Fixed 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and 15V Options with ±5% Regulation (Max) Over Line, Load, and Temperature Conditions
- Adjustable Option With a Range of 1.23V to 37V (57V for HV Version) and ±4% Regulation (Max) Over Line, Load, and Temperature Conditions
- Specified 1A Output Current
- Wide Input Voltage Range 4.75V to 40V (60V for HV Version)
- Requires Only Four External Components (Fixed Versions) and Uses Readily Available Standard Inductors
- 52kHz (Typ) Fixed-Frequency Internal Oscillator
