Texas Instruments TMUX154E ESD-Protected 2:1 Switches

Texas Instruments TMUX154E ESD-Protected 2:1 Switches offer high bandwidth and are designed for switching high-speed signals in limited I/O applications. The device has a wide bandwidth of 900MHz, allowing signals to pass with minimum edge and phase distortion. The bidirectional switches submit a minute amount or no attenuation of high-speed signals. The device is designed for low-bit-to-bit skew and high channel-to-channel noise isolation. The TMUX154E integrates ESD protection cells on all pins and is characterized over the free-air temperature range of –40°C to 85°C.
