Texas Instruments TPS54116-Q1EVM-830 DDR Power Solution Evaluation Module (EVM) facilitates the evaluation of the TPS54116-Q1. The TPS54116-Q1 is an automotive DDR power solution with a 4A, 2MHz VDDQ DC/DC converter and a 1A VTT low dropout regulator. The evaluation module operates from a 2.95V to 6V input and delivers a 4A DDR VDDQ output. The evaluation module includes an integrated 1A VTT LDO output with an onboard VTT sink and source switched load.
