Texas Instruments TPS7E66-Q1 Low-Dropout Regulators
Texas Instruments TPS7E66-Q1 Low-Dropout Regulators are automotive low-quiescent-current LDO linear voltage regulators designed for direct connection to battery-powered automotive systems. The devices support a wide input voltage range of 3.0V to 40V and provide up to 150mA of load current for powering always-on circuits such as MCUs, gate drivers, and CAN transceivers in standby systems.
The TPS7E66-Q1 supports fixed-output options from 1.8V to 12V and an adjustable output range from 1.2V to 38V, enabling flexible use across automotive rails. The TI TPS7E66-Q1 Low-Dropout Regulators feature ultra-low 2.8μA quiescent current at no load, ±1.2% accuracy across line, load, and temperature, power-good monitoring with programmable delay, and fast response to line and load transients.
Built-in protection features help ensure reliable LDO operation by limiting overcurrent, overpower, and overtemperature conditions. The TPS7E66-Q1 is available in a 6-pin WSON wettable flank package and an 8-pin HVSSOP package for fixed and adjustable output configurations, supporting automotive head units, hybrid, electric and powertrain systems, headlights, telematics control units, and body control modules.
