Texas Instruments TUSB542EVM USB Type-C Redriver Evaluation Module (EVM) designed to evaluate the TUSB542. The TUSB542 2:1 MUX evaluation module is a dual-channel USB 3.0 SuperSpeed re-driver supporting systems with Type-C connectors. The device complies with USB 3.1 spec revision 1.0 (Gen I), supporting electrical idle condition and Low-Frequency Periodic Signals (LFPS) for USB power management modes. The Texas Instruments TUSB542EVM also serves as a reference design that can be easily modified for any intended application. Target applications include cell phones, computers, docking stations, and TVs.
