Vishay / Barry Industries TV0404 DC to 60GHz SMD Chip Terminations are designed to maintain stable impedance up to 60GHz and offer a standard 50Ω resistance. These terminations feature a 0404 size and are an ideal choice for many applications where consistent performance in the millimeter-Wave frequent range is required. Two separate substrate options are available depending on the power rating requirement, such as Alumina (250mW) or AlN (1W). Various termination metallization options are offered, accommodating different application requirements.
