Vishay / Siliconix DG3257DN Single SPDT Analog Switch is offered in a small uDFN6L package (1mm x 1mm) and can be used in a variety of applications. The DG3257DN can be driven directly from a one-cell battery at an operating voltage of 1.65V to 5.5V. Other features include low resistance at 5Ω/typical at 4.2V, a -3dB bandwidth at 700MHz, power-down protection, and break-before-make switching.
