Vishay Semiconductors DF0x & DF1x Bridge Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductors DF0x and DF1x Bridge Rectifiers are miniature glass passivated single-phase rectifiers. These rectifiers offer a high surge capability and a quad-circuit configuration. The DF0x and DF1x bridge rectifiers feature up to 1.5A maximum average forward output rectified current, 5μA maximum reverse current, and -55°C to 150°C operating temperature range. These bridge rectifiers are commercial grade, RoHS compliant, and meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The DF0x and DF1x bridge rectifiers are ideal for SMPS, lighting ballasts, adapters, battery chargers, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.
