Vishay SiC47x microBUCK® Evaluation Boards

Vishay SiC47x microBUCK® Evaluation Boards are power management IC development tools for SiC47x synchronous buck regulators. SiC47x regulators produce an adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V from 4.5V to 55V input rail to accommodate various applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial. SiC47x regulators are available in 3A (SiC474, SiC479), 5A (SiC473, SiC478), 8A (SiC472, SiC477), and 12A (SiC471, SiC476).

    • Single supply operation from 4.5V to 55V input voltage
    • Adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V
    • Scalable solution 3A (SiC474, SiC479), 5A (SiC473, SiC478), 8A (SiC472, SiC477), 12A (SiC471, SiC476)
    • Output voltage tracking and sequencing with pre-bias startup
    • ±1% output voltage accuracy at -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range
    • 4μA supply current at shutdown
    • Adjustable switching frequency from 100kHz to 2MHz
