Vishay Semiconductors SiP32455 Slew Rate Controlled Load Switch

Vishay Semiconductors SiP32455 Slew Rate Controlled Load Switch features slew rate control and operates at input voltages from 0.8V to 2.5V. The Vishay Semiconductors SiP32455 uses N-channel MOSFETs with a 28mΩ on-resistance and features slow slew rates of 1ms at 1.2V and 1.5ms at 2.5V, reducing in-rush current and switching noise. The SiP32455 has a low-voltage logic control threshold that allows direct interfacing with low-voltage I/O without additional level shifters or drivers. The device includes a 2MΩ pull-down resistor on the EN pin.
