Vishay General Semiconductor UF4005 Ultrafast Plastic Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor UF4005 Ultrafast Plastic Rectifiers are general-purpose devices ideal for use in high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications, in switching mode converters and inverters for consumer products, computers, and telecommunications. These glass-passivated devices feature a low forward voltage drop, high surge current capability, low switching losses, and high efficiency. The UF4005 Rectifiers have a 600V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, a 420V maximum RMS voltage, a 600V maximum DC blocking voltage, and a 75ns maximum recovery time.

The Vishay General Semiconductor UF4005 Ultrafast Plastic Rectifiers are available in an industry-standard DO-41 (DO-204AL) case with a colored band indicating the cathode end.
