Vishay Semiconductors VDMx10x 10mm Standard SMD 7-Segment LED Displays are 10mm SMD seven segment LED displays in a very compact package. These devices utilize AlInGaP on GaAs chip technology. Features for these displays include high luminous intensity (up to 2750µcd typical), evenly lighted, untinted segments, gray package surface, low power consumption, and wide viewing angle. Typical applications for the Vishay Semiconductors VDMx10x devices include panel meters, test and measure equipment, point of sale terminals, control units, telecom systems, office equipment, consumer electronics, and medical equipment.
