NXP Semiconductors AFSC5G Reference Circuits

NXP Semiconductors AFSC5G Reference Circuits are designed to enable rapid evaluation and prototyping of the NXP AFSC5G Power Amplifier Module for LTE and 5G. The NXP Semiconductors AFSC5G Power Amplifier Modules feature full radio frequency integration for cellular wireless frequencies. Massive multiple-input, multiple-output (mMIMO) is an extension of MIMO, which groups antennas at the transmitter and receiver to optimize mobile 5G performance. These modules have pin compatibility between all frequency bands and power levels.
