Panasonic Industrial Devices AQY2C PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQY2C PhotoMOS® are relays that are approximately 46% smaller than SON relays to provide space savings and high-density mounting. The internal switching mechanism contains an oscillation circuit as well as a built-in capacitor coupled isolation driver IC. This differs from traditional PhotoMOS products that use optical coupled isolation. The Panasonic AQY2C PhotoMOS series features a maximum 0.2mA input current, 3V to 5V voltage drive, and an operating temperature of -40°C to +105°C. Typical applications include measuring equipment, telecommunication equipment, and security equipment.
