Qorvo CMD2x Distributed Power Amplifiers
Qorvo CMD2x Distributed Power Amplifiers are wideband GaAs MMIC distributed amplifiers die that operate from DC to 20GHz. These amplifiers are 50Ω matched design that eliminates the need for RF port matching. The CMD249 and CMD201 distributed power amplifier offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. The CDM2x distributed power amplifiers are RoHS compliant and lead-free. Typical applications include Electronic Warfare (EW), radar, space, satellite communications, and test and measurement.
