Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI823H2/H9 & SI8250 Gate Driver Evaluation Kits
Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI823H2/H9 and SI8250 Gate Driver Evaluation Kits allow for evaluation of the Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si823Hx family of high CMTI performance ISOdrivers. The boards feature the Si823H2, Si82520, or two Si823H9 versions of the family. The board includes screw terminals for quick evaluation of the devices' key parameters. Test points on each device's pins are also included to accommodate a direct connection to the end system.

- 1 - Si823H2, 2-input, 4A, 5kVrms HighSide/Low-Side ISOdriver
- 1 - Si82520, 2-input, High Input Voltage, 4A, 5kVrms High-Side/Low-Side ISOdriver
- 2 - Si823H9 1-input, 4A, 5kVrms Single Channel ISOdrivers
