STMicroelectronics STEVAL-TO240SCR Evaluation Board
STMicroelectronics STEVAL-TO240SCR Evaluation Board is a ready-to-use interface board featuring the STTN6050H-12M1Y 60A dual thyristor. The STTN6050H-12M1Y is an automotive-qualified 60A 1200V thyristor assembled in a surface-mounted ACEPACK SMIT package. The board evaluates the ACEPACK SMIT package employing an existing heatsink and similar screw connections to the TO-240 module.
The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-TO240SCR Evaluation Board includes four snap-on connectors so that it can directly use the driving wires connected in the TO240 package. The device supplies a 600A surge peak current and overvoltage robustness VDSM up to 1400V. Additionally, the board offers an optimized TAB to lead creepage distance of 4mm. The lead-to-lead creepage distance is 6.9mm.
The STEVAL-TO240SCR board is equipped as an alternative to the SKKT, MCMA, and VSKT dual SCR series.
