Texas Instruments TPS541620xEVM Evaluation Modules
Texas Instruments TPS541620xEVM Evaluation Modules are configured to evaluate the operation of the TPS541620. The TPS541620 is a dual, internally compensated step-down converter in a 3mm x 5mm package with two outputs that can be configured as two single rails or combined to drive a single higher current rail. The TI TPS541620DEVM-050 Evaluation Module provides 6A, while the TPS541620SEVM-050 offers 12A.

- 500kHz to 2000kHz switching frequency (1000kHz default setting)
- TPS541620DEVM-050: dual output: 1V at 6A and 3.3V at 6A
- TPS541620SEVM-050: 2-phase interleaved: 1V at 12A
