Toshiba Washing/Drying Machine Applications

Toshiba Washing/Drying Machine Applications are a group of products designed for efficiency in washer and dryer applications. The devices include the TB6575FNG Toshiba CMOS Integrated Circuit for sensorless commutation and PWM current control for 3-phase full-wave BLDC motors. The TA75S393F Single Voltage Comparator is designed to operate from a single power supply. The TPH7R506NH Silicon N-channel MOSFET is fabricated with the latest Gen-8 trench MOS process to improve the efficiency of power supplies.
