Vishay Semiconductors VOx6xxA Low Input Current Optocouplers
Vishay Semiconductors VOx6xxA Low Input Current Optocouplers protect equipment users from electrical shocks and protect the microprocessors within these systems from being damaged by voltage spikes. Vishay Semiconductors VOx6xxA Low Input Current Optocouplers feature high current transfer ratios at low input currents. The compact DIP-4 and SOP-4L packages are capable of providing 5000VRMS of voltage isolation and offer a creepage distance of ≥ 8mm. For the DIP-4 package, this is achieved with Option 6, which complies with IEC 60950 (DIN VDE 0805) for reinforced insulation up to an operation voltage of 400VRMS. Devices in the DIP-4 package are also end-stackable with 2.54mm (100mils) spacing. The SSOP-4 package provides 3750VRMS of voltage isolation and features a half lead pitch of 1.27mm (50mils).Features
