The AQAA-30 infrared illuminator offers high contrast, high optical efficiency, high VCSEL efficiency, and improved reliability. This illuminator features an ITO-R interlock that detects defects on the device to facilitate eye safety implementation at the system level. The AQAA-30 infrared illuminator is ideal for active stereo 3D sensors, integrated mobile 3D sensors, front-facing 3D cameras, factory automation, and robotics.
