T527 Facedown Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs

KEMET T527 Facedown Terminal Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs (Organic Capacitors) have a Ta anode and Ta₂O₅ dielectric and conductive organic polymer that replaces the traditionally used MnO₂ as the cathode plate of the capacitor, resulting in low ESR and improved capacitance retention at high frequency. KEMET T527 Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs offer improved packaging efficiency with a low-profile design through the use of facedown technology. This series offers high capacitance from 22µF to 100µF and voltage range from 4V to 10V in a 3216-10 package size and is ideal for densely populated circuits where space restrictions do not allow the use of more commonly available, larger-sized components.
