Omron Electronics G3VM-KR Slim SOP 4-Pin MOSFET Relays are designed to provide high switching capacity and low ON-resistance in space-constrained designs. The relay supports load voltages up to 60V and continuous load currents up to 1A while reducing mounting area by approximately 30% compared to conventional SOP packages. G3VM-KR relays feature a normally open 1a (SPST-NO) contact configuration and combine fast switching performance with low output resistance. Specifications include a typical ON resistance of 0.14Ω, 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation, and support for operation over a wide industrial temperature range. Omron Electronics G3VM-KR MOSFET Relays are ideal for factory automation control equipment, PLC systems, test and measurement instruments, and security equipment.
