N-12m2 Industrial M.2 PCIe SSDs

Swissbit N-12m2 Industrial M.2 PCIe SSDs are NVMe 1.2 products with a DRAM-less version with reduced power consumption. This offers high performance, higher power consumption, and with the common four-lane configuration. For high endurance requirements, these SSDs are available in pSLC versions with N-16m2 and N-18m2 series names, which deliver more than tenfold TWB values. Swissbit N-12m2 Industrial M.2 PCIe SSDs perform read and write operations and feature onboard power fail protection, active state power management (ASPM) support, and subpage mode FTL. The SSDs operate in temperature ranges of 0°C to +70°C commercial and -40°C to +85°C industrial.
