LBAD0XX1SC Type 1SC CAT M1 & NB-IoT Modules

Murata LBAD0XX1SC Type 1SC CAT M1 and NB-IoT Module is an ultra-low-power module with a user-friendly AT Command interface for seamless integration. This module features external antenna configurations, 1.5μA hibernation current (average) 16MB of flash, and an OTA firmware upgrade. The LBAD0XX1SC Type 1SC Cat. M1 and NB-IoT module is designed to meet 3GPP release specifications and is optimized for class 3 LTE output power (+23dBm). This module complies with FCC/IC, ETSI, and TELEC regulatory certificates and global certifications such as PTCRB and GCF. The Type 1SC Cat. M1 and NB-IoT module is available in 11.1mm x 11.4mm x 1.4mm (typical) dimensions in an LGA package. This module is used in wearables, smart meters, healthcare, and asset-tracking applications.
