LDE Automotive PEN Film Capacitors
KEMET LDE Automotive Polyethylene Naphthalate (PEN) Film Capacitors are general-purpose capacitors designed for high-reliability and high-temperature service. These AEC-Q200-qualified components range in capacitance from 0.001µF to 4.7µF with ±10% and ±20% standard tolerances in an EIA package ranging from 1206 to 6054. The LDE caps feature rated voltages from 40VAC to 250VAC and 50VDC to 1000VDC. Typical applications include filtering, timing, bypassing, and coupling. KEMET LDE Automotive PEN Film Capacitors are not suitable for across-the-line applications.
