onsemi NTMFD0D9N02P1E MOSFET
onsemi NTMFD0D9N02P1E MOSFET is a dual N-channel MOSFET designed with low Rg for fast switching applications. This MOSFET consists of an asymmetric POWERTRENCH® power clip. The NTMFD0D9N02P1E MOSFET features low RDS(on) to minimise conduction losses and low QG, and capacitance to minimise driver losses. This MOSFET is available in a small footprint of 5mm x 6mm compact design. The NTMFD0D9N02P1E MOSFET is Pb and halogen/BFR-free and is RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include DC−DC converters, system voltage rails, and general-purpose point-of-load.
