ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Gate Driver Evaluation Boards
ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Gate Driver Evaluation Boards are demonstration boards designed to ease the development of applications based on ROHM automotive gate drivers. ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Gate Drivers are based on a unique microfabrication process to build an on-chip coreless transformer. This technology results in compact, robust, and reliable isolated gate drivers that are optimized for use with SiC (Silicon Carbide) power MOSFETs, providing an optimized solution for power circuit designs in industrial and automotive applications.
Each of the Automotive Gate Driver Evaluation Boards features their pre-mounted target gate driver IC, along with any necessary external components. The Evaluation Boards provide a complete example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
