BF™ & BFS™ Fine Finish Blind Nuts

PEM BF™ and BFS™ Fine Finish Self-Clinching Blind Nuts feature a burr-free design that delivers a cleaner conductive surface and higher dielectric breakdown margin. The BF (steel) and BFS (stainless steel) blind nuts are available in M3 to M8 thread sizes and provide dependable performance during high potential (hipot) testing and in service. A large flange design provides a greater bearing surface for secure thread retention in soft copper and aluminum busbar panels, without damage or deformity to the material. The closed-end design of these PEM fasteners seals threads against foreign matter and contamination, while limiting screw penetration depth to protect sensitive internal components.
