Texas Instruments AMC0x02R-Q1 Automotive Isolated Amplifier is a precision, galvanically isolated amplifier with a ±50mV, differential input and single-ended, ratiometric output. This amplifier operates at 3V to 5.5V high-side and 3V to 5.5V low-side with a 150V/ns (minimum) high CMTI. The isolation barrier separates parts of the system operating at different common-mode voltage levels and is highly resistant to magnetic interference. This barrier is certified to provide reinforced isolation up to 5kVRMS (DWV package) and basic isolation up to 3kVRMS (D package) (60s). This amplifier is available in an 8-pin, wide- and narrow-body SOIC packages, and is fully specified over the temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The AMC0x02R-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include traction inverters, onboard chargers, and DC/DC converters.
