Texas Instruments SNx4AHC541/SNx4AHC541-Q1 Octal Buffer/Drivers are designed for driving bus lines or buffer memory address registers. The buffer/drivers offer inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package to streamline printed circuit board layout. The TI SNx4AHC541-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
